Exchange Policy – Size Only

Exchange Period

You can request a size exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

Eligibility for Exchange

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or the receipt is required.

Exchanges are only accepted if there is a product defect or the size is unsuitable.

Exchange Shipping Costs

If the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs.

If the exchange is due to an unsuitable size, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.


Non-Exchangeable Items

Items purchased during sales or promotional periods are not eligible for exchange.

Accessories or intimate wear (such as undergarments) cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

After your exchange request is approved, you’ll need to:

  2. Send us a photo of the return shipping receipt.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will proceed with sending the new size.
